This is our mainstay and what we are renowned for. We have state-of-the-art designer, stainless steel bars in service, with more unique and innovative concepts imminent. They are designed in-house and are easily configured to tastefully suit any space or environment. Our perspex LIGHT BARS can be illuminated in almost any colour and can be branded with any logo or name. Our new EXPERIENCE BARS are slick and sophisticated with recessed lighting and back-bar shelving for branding. They are powder-coated in matt black and/ or white.
Only trained mixologists man our bars; we also have flair bartenders and even awesome fire-blowers. We serve tantalising creations from our own sensational cocktail menus and our cocktail designers, who have international experience, have their recipes published on a regular basis by local magazines. Look out for the Cocktail of the Month published on this website. THIRST will provide all the glasses, equipment, accompaniments and garnishes required to transform your event.
| The Experience Bar |
The Experience Bar has created quite a stir in the mobile bar industry, being the first multi-sided (or "island") mobile bar in the country. The design is ingenious, fantastically functional and uber-stylish. The bar consists of four separate components with rounded corners. Stocked with all the best equipment, this bar adds panache to any event. Ample bar space enables smooth service to large numbers of guests.

| The Light Bar |
This popular people-server is called the Light Bar because it creatively uses light to make it stylishly distinctive. It has perspex front panels and tops and with interchangeable fluorescent tubes, your bar can be almost any colour to tie in with whatever themes/ colours you have. The front panels are easily branded with any logo. Light Bars are easily configured to suit any space and many Light Bars can be joined to serve big events.

| The Cantilever Bar |
This bar is unique and completely portable. Manufactured from stainless steel it is fully equipped with ice wells and speed rails, together with glasses and beverage space to serve between fifty and sixty people. It is only one and a half meters long and seventy centimeters deep, folding away into a suitcase-like trunk that can fit through any door. This makes it the perfect back-of-house bar for functions where accessibility or space may be slightly limited, or where something more discreet is required. As with all Thirst’s bar units the Cantilever exudes style and has a professional presentation, making it perfect for any client who is keen to impress.

Everyone loves a smoothie - what makes them so appealing is that almost anything is possible… Our smoothies are funky but always still healthy, packed with fresh and natural ingredients. Our Smoothie Bar will thrill guests who prefer not to indulge in alcohol or just want an alternative. They're perfect for corporate or weekend breakfasts & brunches.
