THIRST Bar Services is a mobile cocktail bar company with a difference.
In 2005, fresh from travelling Europe and discovering a love for bartending and mixology, Clyde Ackerman and Rael Lasarow, two old school, friends got together and decided to open a business to be known as THIRST...
In the years since then, THIRST has grown to be one of the biggest mobile cocktail bar services in the country, with offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
We proudly offer a variety of services:
- Full-service Bars (supplying local and/ or premium brands)
- Cocktail Bars (try our Signature Cocktails)
- Coffee Bars
- Smoothie Bars (a hit with everyone)
- Champagne Bars (a dedicated bar at larger events serving a selection of fine bubblies)
- Action Shooter Bars (for a rocking party!)
- Sushi Bars (made to order in front of you by Japanese Chefs)
Added to this, we have a superb bar training academy for aspiring young bartenders and cocktail menu design for bars & restaurants. All this makes us a business with great ideals and huge effect…
The difference between THIRST and other similar services, is that we offer Signature Cocktails and drinks that have won awards internationally, rather than run-of-the-mill cocktails and ordinary drinks. With our various types of bars to suit any event and our dashing bartenders and bar crew who have a genuine love for the industry and always offer fantastic service to clients, THIRST has mixed and served up a winning formula!
